There’s a number of ways Potterings support new and curious artists through our Fairs and Festivals program and online sales guidance.

Potterings Fairs & Festivals Booths

Booth Package – The start-up booth costs that dip into your profits are a costs you don’t need to shoulder alone. Potterings offers full booth equipment rentals at affordable prices. The Booth Package is great for new or experienced artists of any type.

Online Sales Consultation – How do you get started with Etsy? If online sales is something you would like to explore, but not sure how to get started, Potterings can help with that. We will meet you one-on-one for 60 minutes to give you clear and executable steps to start your online shop. Affordable $40 per hour, virtually. Included is Potterings free 20 top tips for online success.

Fair & Festival Registration – The cost to register for a 10×10 booth can easily skyrocket into the $100’s of dollars. Plus, do you have the time sit at a booth for up to three days? Fairs and festival booths are expensive and time-consuming for single artists. Potterings will coordinate registration and booth sharing for multiple artists under the Potterings name. You will have the piece of mind knowing you can share the cost and the time with other pottery artists.

Booth Package

The Potterings Booth package is complete will all of the items you’ll need to set up and run a successful fair or festival booth.

We support local artists, so we keep the rental prices affordable. Rent the entire booth package for only $200. You may rent just the commercial canopy package (includes 10×10 tent, zippered walls, extended awning and weights for $150). Rental prices are by the day (24 hr period). Discount for multiple days.

Choice of tablecloth color and rug color. Bring your own decorations to personalize the booth!

Pick up and drop off in West Seattle. We can deliver and drop off for an additional $65 in the Seattle area, or $85 in the Bellevue or Tacoma area.

ONLINE SALES

Who’s your audience and are you making pottery pieces that align with their shopping needs? Spend time one-on-one with Potterings exploring the possibility of online sales. GROUP booth sharing

Fairs and Festivals

Showing at a fair, festival, art walk, or holiday show alone can be financially overwhelming and time-consuming. Under the Potterings name, you’ll have the piece of mind knowing you won’t need to develop a brand, marketing, social media following, or navigate the nuances of registration.

There are many potters just like you who want to start showing a local events, but don’t have the finances or time.

Potterings will put the call out for potters who are interested in sharing booth fees and time. You’ll be a part of the Potterings group of artists. Each artist will be responsible for bringing their pottery, pricing (yes, we’ll help you with that), and coordination of registering and paying for the booth.

The artists will share the cost of initial registration (usually $35 to $50 which is nonrefundable to the organizer), booth fees, and any rentals. Potterings requires only 5% (example $25 for every $500 in sales) of sales for registration, coordination and social media support.
